This beautiful village house, built in 1720 in the commune of Thônex and completely renovated in 2010, features an 80m2 fenced courtyard. Located in a very quiet, leafy residential area, this home is also close to shops, schools and public transport.

It offers a living area of around 240m²  distributed over three levels:

The lower ground floor is characterized by low ceilings and consists of an entrance, followed by an office to the left which gives access to the utility room with water heater and gas boiler. Opposite the hall is a beautiful billiard room and the staircase to the upper ground or 1st floor. To the right, there's a shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin, a small kitchen and a large bedroom with access to a magnificent east-facing, fenced courtyard. 
 
The outside staircase leads up to the upper ground floor, which comprises a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, followed by a cathedral lounge with fireplace and exposed beams. On the night side, there are two bedrooms, one with dressing room and shower room, double washbasin and separate wc.
 
The second floor is accessed by a rather steep staircase and features a large, bright gallery/games room space, open to the lower ground floor living room, as well as an attic bedroom with window and velux window with shower room washbasin and separate wc and dressing room.
