The building benefits from a modern architecture designed for the comfort of its inhabitants. It houses 18 apartments with 3 to 5 rooms, all equipped with a balcony. The lots on the ground floor also benefit from private gardens. The landscaping of this promotion was the subject of a PAP (Landscape Development Plan). The green spaces have been requalified and harmonized in agreement with the cantonal authorities, all with the aim of providing a pleasant and ecologically friendly place to live. The building is thus located in a green and particularly relaxing environment.
